Because all of our products are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item was misprinted or had a manufacturing error
• You received the wrong item

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-returnable items: All sales are final for items without defects, as each product is custom-made upon ordering.
